Pedal and pump or P2 is an excellent boutique exercise studio. The classes are challenging, however, the owner and trainer will adjust the difficulty of the class to your level. I’ve know Andrea Sartori, the proprietor for 20 years. She is a great trainer and is currently helping me strengthen my shoulder after having complete shoulder replacement surgery. I highly recommend and encourage all to try this exercise studio. I am 68 years old and in great shape for an older person thanks to Andrea and P2
When I want my "me" time and want to work on my self care physically and mentally I make sure I am at P2! Between the commitment of the owner and the encouragement of the members this place is PERFECTION !
P2 challenges you to be consistent and push your limits whit out intimidation. Small group setting is makes this place very special, almost private workout place.
Great cardio and strength training. Everyone there is like an extended family! Great staff!
