Online banking and app are worthless! Outdated and redundant. When I called CS and asked for a phone number in Lewiston the lady said is that in “Indiana”!! All I want to do is make a damm payment! So far not impressed.
Absolute worst bank in the LC Valley they do not care about their members. All they care about is their profit. They used to be a great bank and would serve the community but things have changed and now all they serve is their own pockets. I would stay far far away
If you like horse and carriage speed this bank is for you. If you like not having any access to see your money because the technology is so behind this bank is for you. If you like to wait 3 weeks for a new or replacement card because they can’t print them on site..come on in. But hey. They have an intelligent atm machine. It’s the smartest person at the branch.
Agents are great the credit union…not so much
