P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never use them again for any loan’s of any kind! The loan officer in charge of my loan had no experience or professionalism, no drive to provide a service & a tremendous lack of communication & did not follow any policies of no personal communication between loan officer & appraiser. Very hypocritical! Would not advice using
P1fcu mortgage department helped us so much during the loan process going above and beyond and we are extremely thankful!
So far NOT happy with this Credit union, They bought out my Credit union of 20 years and shut my visa off with out replacing it with a P1FCU credit card. all of my auto pays have been declined, the New credit card from them was ordered on the day they shut my old card off, they should have ordered the New cards 2 weeks before shutting off a card I had for 20 years. The interest rate on my old card was fixed at 9.99%. The card I'm getting sent is 15.50% and is a variable rate. so much for having A+ credit with this credit uni... read more
The most horrible bank no customer service and absolutely refuses to return phone calls you would have better luck dealing with circus. They have locked my accounts up 3 years straight and when you call they say they can't see anything wrong they are unsympathetic and are unwilling to work with you and do nothing to compensate you or work with you to resolve these issues and tell you it's your problem I will be not be doing any business with them after being a member for 25 years they should be shut down as a lending institu... read more
