Getting a POA on an account then it got taken off then when I questioned they don't know. It can't go back on because it does work for them. A friend went to open an account because he is moving to the area. They told us he had to have a local address before opening a checking. I didn't havecyo have one with an out of stat driver's license and address. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I am the worst at TRYING to overcome my inability to use the P1FCU Banking App. It’s actually not that hard. I called the Lewiston Branch this afternoon and was met with the patient and very kind, Shelby, who walked me through the tedious process of transferring funds. 😂😂 I have been trying for quite some time and often give up early with zero hope for my banking future. It was the most pleasant and stress free banking experience I ever had. Thank You Shelby and P1FCU. I appreciate you all very much!
