I got a vehicle loan for $12000 and I've paid about $5000 on it so far but don't need it anymore and wanted to sell it. The bank told me to apply for a personal loan to cover whatever I can't sell it for and then after they pulled my credit they told me I wasn't qualified for a personal loan so they fked me over. Not only this but the bank does not even notify you on big purchases. I've went to Walmart for groceries and they tried to fraud me on $100 but a $500 bike or a $900 pc they say nothing. Have a checking account with them but have had no debit card with them for 2 months now because they continue to send my new debit card to the wrong address even though that address they supposedly took off file, but they can send my bank statements to the correct address. Makes no sense. I'd give them negative stars if I could.
Fast friendly service
The things people are complaining about here are petty, hilarious and 85% their own fault. I have banked everywhere, with P1FCU for over 15 years. They're the only establishment that has never made a 4th grade level(or any grade level) accounting error with my money. When I want to make a substantial withdrawl, I don't have to "order" 100-dollar-bills days in advance.
