I've had great experiences over the years with P1FCU, working with them on everything from personal banking to financing vehicle and home purchases. Their tellers and office staff have always been professional, kind, and respectful. Joely, their Moscow Mortgage Officer, was a great communicator and was great to work with. I highly recommend working with P1FCU.
Update-apparently they froze my card after a purchase I made online early in the morning. I didn’t receive any message or call about them doing this, and the charge still went through. That makes no sense, and the fact that it took me 2 hours to finally get this straightened out is kind of ridiculous. Get it together P1FCU! My debit card was declined twice at a restaurant. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t let me catch up with payments and wanted a full $10,000 up front after some family members passed away.
Great Credit Union with genuine customer service. Much better than a large bank for my finances.
I got a vehicle loan for $12000 and I've paid about $5000 on it so far but don't need it anymore and wanted to sell it. The bank told me to apply for a personal loan to cover whatever I can't sell it for and then after they pulled my credit they told me I wasn't qualified for a personal loan so they fked me over. Not only this but the bank does not even notify you on big purchases. I've went to Walmart for groceries and they tried to fraud me on $100 but a $500 bike or a $900 pc they say nothing.
