I was in Hazard for work and came to P-Weasels for lunch. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese—both were delicious! The chicken breast was huge, the bacon was well-cooked, and their homemade ranch dressing tasted amazing! I can be picky about mac and cheese and theirs is great!
Got the buffet, chicken was still half raw. Cups and table were dirty and there was absolutely no seasoning on the food anywhere. Was refunded but had to ask for one even after telling them the chicken was undercooked and I wasn't eating anything else there.
Delicious all around. 4 adults and 1 child. Amazing service and great selection. 10 of 10 will come again (when I come back in state).
I’ve only ordered breakfast from here numerous times, which was satisfactory, so I took a risk on dinner this evening. I ordered the meatloaf, mac n tomato, soup beans, & corn muffins. My food was delivered at 6:30 pm. The time it took from ordering to delivery was super quick & the food was still warm. The sides were good, but the meatloaf was burnt/overcooked as you can see in the photos. I ate around what I could but most was too burnt to eat.
