P&W went above and beyond. Our heat went out and we contacted the home warranty office. They asked us to find a technician. After reading the reviews we went with P&W. They came right out and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new unit. The warranty company had Steven come out again, which he promptly did. He worked with them and us every step of the way. We got our new unit and couldn’t be happier. Extremely knowledgeable, incredibly polite, very punctual and professional. Will use and recommend them from now on!!! 10/10

Each time my wife and I have contacted Steven for his service, we have never been disappointed. He has helped us out and gotten our AC up and running in no time! He has customers for life for sure.
We called another "high rated" company just to be told our unit was not fixable and it would be $20,000 for them to replace everything. We called P&W, and he came out that night! He had it blowing cold air before he left, and it ended up only being $650. Not only do we have cold air, but he saved us a ton of money. He was nice and actually explained everything to us too! We will for sure be sticking with P&W moving forward. Thanks again!
