Warning: get the prices quoted beforehand! Steven was lightning fast, and knew exactly how to fix the unit, and overall was quite respectful. However, he casually offered to "clean the coils" as an added service, without mentioning that cost would be $400. The acid wash can be purchased online for less than $50. P&W went above and beyond. Our heat went out and we contacted the home warranty office. They asked us to find a technician. After reading the reviews we went with P&W. They came right out and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new unit. The warranty company had Steven come out again, which he promptly did. He worked with them and us every step of the way. We got our new unit and couldn’t be happier. Extremely knowledgeable, incredibly polite, very punctual and professional. Will use and recommend them from now on!!! 10/10
