We called Steven at P&W HVAC Services and he was here within one hour. He is excellent, tells you up front what to expect, and he was here less than half a hour with our AC system up and running. We highly recommend Steven for the great service and awesome personality. We will definitely use P&W again in the future for any of our AC needs. Thank you Steven for the wonderful job, and you are a great guy!
Steve came and my A/C was fixed in less than 30 to 45 minutes. He Saved Us thousands in comparison to people who inflate and manipulate customers in the name of God! Great Guy who I am grateful to have met. Blessings!!!
We spent a night without A/C and my husband called Steven first thing the next morning. He showed up this morning when he said and had us repaired within two hours. For a job that was more than we anticipated, we got a fair price and a professional repair. I cannot say enough good things about P&W and Mr. Berry! We will be signing up for the maintenance package to keep any issues from creeping up on us again.
Warning: get the prices quoted beforehand! Steven was lightning fast, and knew exactly how to fix the unit, and overall was quite respectful. However, he casually offered to "clean the coils" as an added service, without mentioning that cost would be $400. The acid wash can be purchased online for less than $50.
