We've been going round and round with another plumber for a couple of months trying to identify an issue. Dale's Septic recommended Mr Peavy, and he came out the same day because it was a holiday weekend and we were worried about making it worse. He found roots in the structure of our pipes, something that I feel like should have been identified pretty early on in the diagnosis process, but was missed repeatedly by the other company.
