Honestly the worst BBQ I've had I just had it at work. my company paid for us to have this catered and honestly I have to say it was subpar. The mash potatoes where boxed potatoes they must have forgot the salt at home because there was no seasoning or butter to flavor the mash. The beans for sure where canned and made no effort to at least make them smoked BBQ beans aside from them giving lousy portions because they didn't have enough made. Just tasted P Train’s BBQ at an event and was blown away! Turns out that this excellent blend of BBQ traditions from around the U.S. is the perfect recipe for solid BBQ. Using a custom built smoker made to look like train engine, Pat - the ‘P’ in P Train, expertly smokes pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, and for a California twist - tri-tip.
