Aiden at the drive thru on 8/22/26 was the definition of THE MAN! It was Saturday afternoon double lane traffic and instead of making me feel rushed or like he didn't have time when I got to the register section, he was very polite, mannerable, and the right amount of enthusiastic to make sure he provided genuine and sincere service. Made a pick up order. Told an employee my name, and he promptly returned to let me my order was still being made. Sat and waited for a bit. Could hear the expeditor/assembly employee calling out names for orders, heard my name, and stood up to get my order. This assembler/expeditor employee did not even look up. Once she handed my order to the female drive thru employee I experienced the most disgusting display of a lack of customer service.
