This P. Terry’s is a mess. The burgers are good, but the rest of the experience makes it not worth it. The dining area is dirty, so eating inside is not recommended. If you need something simple like ranch or extra sauce, expect to wait and expect to pay, because they charge for everything. On top of that, you really need to check your bill. Tried P. Terry’s and left disappointed. The service was rude, and they even charged extra for sauce, something most places include without making a big deal of it. For a chain that’s hyped up as “local and friendly,” it doesn’t match the experience. Chik-fil-A sets the standard for customer service, and this place should take notes. Overrated burgers, not worth the hype.
