I grew up in Austin so P Terrys is comfort food for me. The past 6 months or so, the service has been pretty sub par at this location. I’ve worked in the food industry since I was 15 so I completely get how awful it can be sometimes and I understand not being in a great mood all the time while you’re at work. It’s not an easy job and you deal with a lot of BS from customers.
