Car accident or L and I claim!!!! WARNING DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Staff treatment wonderful but, their records dept minus 100 stars review!!! 4 months since my attorney has requested my medical treatment records corporate office somewhere back east must have lost mine, October told we were next on list !! Multiple attempts no records. So I recommend another physical therapist do to these issues internally at PT Northwest....good luck

During my shoulder rehab the past 6 weeks I have received excellent, compassionate care at Benchmark Soddy Daisy. From being greeted each time by Heather at the desk to the therapy expertise of therapists Glen and Coty I don’t think I could have received better care. I never had any concerns about the care I would receive at this facility especially when my Orthopedist, Dr. David Bruce, spoke highly of them and called the lead therapist by name.
