subcontracted through Dachser and Kolb, I dealt with this company-while the person assigned was fairly easy to deal with, the company they hired to pack my stuff was very unsatisfactory. Nothing packed to prevent damage, Not a Single piece of packing paper used, broken, scratched, bent, there was room for more, but was told its full. Attenpted to add a Charge for more volume packed, but Box had a Limit. Tried to Charge more than fit in the liftvan. This was my first experience with a moving company, other than one that tried to charge more than their guaranteed price. Stephan, the crew leader, was professional and attentive. His crew were also professional and respectful toward me and my belongings. Everything arrived unbroken and care was used in stacking it in my new home.
