Thursday June 19th, 2025 I was driving down Lockport street and there are so many manhole covers sticking up out of the ground that I couldn't avoid one because a car was coming down the road. It blew my tire completely out ripped it up and everything. I want compensation for my tire that the city didn't cover the manhole with a traffic cone or cover only pink spray paint.
