Do NOT rent from this slumlord! Very unprofessional and does not care about tenants only their money and whatever he can get done for pennies on the dollar! All of his trailers are FEMA trailers and infested with mold and his answer to the problem is to force you to move!!! Especially if you or your children get injured on the property!
