I brought my dad here to fix two pairs of glasses, and Phil helped us out – he was awesome! His customer service was great, he explained everything super easily, and he even tightened one of his glasses for free. I was really impressed with how hospitable he was; you just don't find people like that anymore.
Highly recommend this place! They are so resourceful! Loved my experience at this wonderful store. Tanya and Alina were both so kind and professional and they helped me with no hesitation. They helped and repaired my loupes( specialty glasses). I’m so grateful to have found them and will definitely go back!
After being a loyal customer to Phil for 10 years, I brought a friend to PS Optical for a much-needed eye exam. This person just moved to the USA on a valid visa, has no insurance and is currently experiencing financial hardship. Nonetheless, he paid fairly and in full, out of pocket, for the exam, which was done by Alisa Friedman.
