Super rude staff! called five times asking to speak to a sales rep, no help at all they just keep sending me off to people that are not there. I will refer people to Curtis steel instead.

Excellent customer service. I was in a real bind and no scrap places existed in the area. They were nice to get me some small pieces of aluminum to work on my Battlebot during filming.
