Got my brakes and rotors done on time and on cost which is saying something. It was a Midwest car so the rotors were pure rust by this point. Would recommend

I’ve been coming here for the last 15yrs and I’ve received nothing but good experiences. Sam and Phil are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Do not recommend. Over charges. They "fixed" the same issue 4 times and still no resolve. Replaced water pump for 1000+ when not needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. (Reply) The services u claim dont exist is because I did not specify what the issues where(plural). User name 🤦🏽 I spoke to Sam every time and expressed my concerns. It must be difficult tracking unsatisfied customers as I am sure u have many. Have a great day.
Thank you for your false generic response. As to your request, I did speak to you when I was a customer. We are beyond that point. I am giving my honest review and hope people are not as unfortunate as I was.
