The original owner of P&S Builders had built a strong business and great reputation over the years in Nassau County. However, after passing the business to the son, it has severely lacked in customer service, and most importantly follow up and accountability after the homeowner moves in. I could go on for days about how impressed and happy we are with Thomas and his build for our home. Even with COVID and all the other hold ups he got things done and have nothing negative to say. Explains everything thoroughly and is very responsive and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, nor change anything about our building experience.
