Great service and fast delivery here to the U.S. I ordered the Bandai PG Millenium Falcon and I was a bit nervous with shipping, seeing as this is a large investment model piece, and I was not disappointed in shipping services, handling, etc. I was so happy to find my dream model at a much lower price than I could find here in the states. would definitely buy from here again!
My first order went smoothly since it was a preorder, but my second order which is in stock still hasn’t shipped after three weeks. I reached out to customer service and was told they were moving warehouses and was told that my order would be fulfilled the following week and got a10% discount. I’ve now been told this twice, yet I’m still waiting. I understand logistical challenges, but the lack of proactive communication is frustrating. Ordered in Jan 31 and it is almost a month and still no fulfillment…
