I had a tire start losing air while on Interstate 94. I figured I had picked up a nail or something. As I had just moved to Stevensville I didn't even know if they did tires. I got there about 15 minutes until 6 and at first the stated they didn't have time to do it as they had work for the rest of the day. They said they could get it first thing in the morning. Excellent service! My daughter accidentally filled the tank of our gasoline car with diesel on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. We needed the car for a long planned trip starting the following morning. After explaining the situation, P&R came immediately with a modern tow truck, took our car to their facility in Stevensville, checked the problem, drained the tank (not an easy thing to do with our car, believe me), road-tested it and completed the work efficiently, always treating me as friendly as possible, and the price... read more
Very nice people, fast, honest. I just moved to the area and my car died. I asked someone "Do you know anyone I can call?" They said "P& R." Even even after a jump wouldn't stay running so ended up needing a tow. It was POURING, of course. Not that I am responsible for the weather, but I felt terrible for the driver. It was Saturday and they originally told me they might not be able to get to it until Monday.
