My experience with PR King & Sons has been extremely disappointing. Every time there is an issue with my lift, it takes them weeks to send a technician, despite lifts being an essential service that should have 24-hour support. Unfortunately, PR King & Sons only operates during business hours (Monday to Friday), and if you get stuck outside of these hours, their only advice is to call the fire brigade. Michelle Hutchinson of P.R.King was extremely knowledgable when we were looking into lift options for our Son. She had an answer to every query and was able to show us photos of previous jobs to help us make the right decision. On installation day, Jarrod was hard working, very professional and patient as he ran through the operating functions of the stair lift. I highly recommend this company.
I have never had any dealing with your company unless you have now acquired Masterlifts. They installed two stairlifts for me in Buderim. I have had constant trouble with one of these lifts and even after a recent service it continues to give me problems. That service cost $230 which I consider excessive.
