We got a Motala 2000 lift installed in June 2025. Our initial dealings with the salesperson Charles were excellent. Charles was very patient and dealt with all our queries before we placed the order. Thereafter, we dealt with Ganesh on the installation. He too was very professional and helpful. Currently we are very happy with the lift installation, as we were able to get a 6 person lift which can accommodate a wheelchair, in the small space that was available. Dean and the team were amazing to work with. When we had a time sensitive delay with tradies Dean came back to us, out of his way to get the lift online in time for the function. Would highly recommend.
I am very unhappy with the service from PR King and I am not aware of any inclinator owner that likes to deal with the company. I recommend you speak to inclinator owners before proceeding with any installation. [Update] I spoke to PR King upon receiving the quote. They have confirmed in writing that “It is our company policy not to work on parts that have been supplied or installed by others”. As a potential customer i called to enquire about a stairlift. The gentleman that answered my call, went above and beyond to explain building code compliance and gave me some advice how to proceed. Even though after finding out I was not his ideal customer (I'm after a commercial product and I didn't know you cannot fit stairlifts into a commercial building due to compliance). I feel he went above and beyond to help me understand and didn't just brush me off. THANK YOU
