I bought a transalp in November 2024 and it's been great until a couple of weeks ago. It developed an issue and although it's 8 months later Peter has helped me facilitate a solution to the problem. Very pleased with the after sales service.
Lots of choice for good, inexpensive bikes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You need to be quick as the turnover is fast.

I bought a triumph from these guys at a decent price. The owner seemed friendly. Love the bike but the service aftercare was definitely lacking. I was told it had a full service history and was shown the documents from his PC screen. However, when the bike was delivered there were no service records included in the documents. We rang them about 5 times asking them to forward the service history via email and they said they would each time but never did.
