Hi my name is Philip Zigler I worked there for 5 1/2 years. While I was there got to see many people come and go, but I learned a lot of things. While I was there I learned to work the floor jobs witch concest many different jobs at ounce anywhere between 5 to 12 floor jobs. I did that for 2 years or more, then became cell support witch excluded cleaning the material hopper out purging barrel out getting it ready for the next job going in. They have had trouble in the past, but so has everyone. In the past 2 years I've seen so many changes that it's almost inspiring. They were well needed and much appreciated. Management interacts with employees, listens to what they have to say, and then actually considers it. That's rare and something to be admired. Overtime isn't hard to get if you ask. It just depends on what orders need filled that week and how many call-offs there are. Everyone generally seems to be in good spirits since the schedule stabilized. I could ... read more
