P & P have helped me over the years with my appliances and aircon needs . They are fast and reliable.
Excellent service! The technician was friendly and polite. He arrived at our appointed time, diagnosed and repaired my machine in less than half hour. The price was fair and reasonable. Thank you P&P
waited 3 weeks for a call out, they came out on the day and in 15 minutes asked if it was under warranty (it wasn't) and said it would take days to get a quote from Mitsubishi , and they would get back to me ..2 weeks later after phoning them they said they were still waiting to hear from Mitsubishi and would let me know when they have something ..still no response after another week , not a bad way to make money just doing call outs at $145 (do doctors get that Mutch for (15 minutes ?)
These guys are always on time and phone before they come. Quotes are always up front and not changed with add-ons. Always know what they are doing and the men are very respectful. I highly recommend the P & P air conditioning team. Refrigerator and dishwasher technicians as well. Our whole family use the company regularly!!
