Absolutely the worst place. Not only was the nail tech really rude but when I left I realized my nail was super crooked. So I went back immediately and two techs argued with me that it wasn’t crooked and filed it a little but refused to redo it. On top of that they will charge you way more than what is on the menu price everytime. Got charged $55 for a $40 set, and couldn’t explain to me why. I was not confrontational or rude. Very rude staff and charge you differently each time you come for the same service. When you ask why they get defensive and don’t give a real answer. I started out with bare nails and got a basic service and was overcharged TEN DOLLARS. On top of that the atmosphere is just negative. We go to relaxed and get pampered this experience was so stressful. Don’t go because if they make a mistake they’ll gaslight you as well and refuse to fix it.
