It’s was very bad experience , the lady who serve was very rude . She even not listen me properly . I went there for threading she done it so bad she didn’t know how to make proper shape . I would not recommend to go that place . I had such bad experience. They should to be friendly with customers.

I had worse experience. The lady who did the eyebrows for me, she is very very rude and she did not how to talk with customers as well as she gave me wrong shape threading. I never go again here.

one of the ladies I had, I didn’t quite catch her name, great customer service, very gentle made myself feel so relaxed and made my toes look fabulous!

I have to say I am always pleased with their services, I have shown pictures of nails and always got the same thing.they are very fast, efficient and always willing to please, I will always continue to go to this nail salon for my nails and pedicures,if people get offended because they speak there own language between them it would be not different then 2 French people speaking between them,thank you PN Nails for offering your services and being great at what you do.

The lady who painted my nails was great however the man who shaped my nails cut 4 of my fingers and when I brought it to his attention he accused me of cuttung myself with his tools when I of course didn't touch them. Refused to sort out my complaint so I had to ask for a manager's number. The only resolution offered was $10
