My name is Matt and I own a company called Step By Step Home Inspection. All I know is that these guys hired me to test the water at Blue Swan Diner. in Oakhurst, N.J. We do the FHA (Federal Housing Administration) Basic Water test for potability (drinking). P & N Mechanical is going above and beyond what is necessary to insure that the public has the best drinking water on the planet. I'm lucky to know about these guys:)

Another review to caution using this company. Where are any of their rates posted? They charged over 1000$ for labor to replace a outside spigot. They had the chance to quote for 4 more and discounted the part from $489 to $450! Well thank you very much. NO THANK YOU. Yes I will say they came in emergency for the turn off but took 3 weeks to schedule replacement. That’s how they price gauge I’m sure.

My opinion is to avoid this company not only because of the work they do, but the exorbitant prices that they charge. After they renovated the plumbing of my kitchen, at a crazy high price, the sink started to back up. This was within 6 months of initial work being completed. They came back and did more work and charged me an astronomical fee. I called another plumber to get an estimate for the new repair, suffice it to say that it was less than 1/3 rd the price I paid. I’ll never use this company again.
