Ordered tires because they didn’t have anything in stock. Went at 8am like they told me to get them out on and waited 2 hours with no one showing up.
Rip offs watch out...had to get my tire plugged a few weeks ago. This was the closest place.. They were gonna charge me $30 for the 1st block I said no we'll go somewhere else, That did not work out then it went back and they tried to charge me 60 dollarso I'm giving you a great review 0 stars I hope everybody in town and in California reads this watch out for these guys
Horrible customer service I was rudely hung up on after sitting on hold for 4 minutes and I did all I did was ask for my tires and they couldn't even give me the price on tires
I only give one star reviews when a business provides really bad service and breaks my trust. West Bay Tires didn't give me any warranty on the 4 new tires I got from them. One of them went flat. They put a replacement on and said it was a 2019 tire that was good for 30k miles.... It turned out that tire was from 2015!! That replacement went flat after 3 days!!! I called them and they said if I drive it there it wouldn't be replaceable, so what do I do? Get it towed? These guys have really bad customer service, lied to me, a... read more
