Paul came over at short notice when we had a leaking overflow from the water tank in my mother's loft that was causing quite a bit of damage. He was very thorough in his checks and identified three ways in which the system was not being operated properly. Once those were corrected, no leaking overflow and as a bonus a radiator that hadn't been working for some time was now working. Very happy. Paul is professional, trustworthy, proactive and helpful. Will be recommending him to others and using his services again.
