Surly, small-minded and unhelpful. Don't even slow down to look there. All I wanted was a simple tire rotation and the owner flatly refused to do it because it involved dismounting and remounting two tires to even out the wear patterns. He claimed it was "dangerous". When I asked how it was any different from buying and selling used tires, he claimed it was completely different. That was his only response.
