I've spoken with Michael on a few occasions now, each time it's been a pleasant conversation. I've seen his work and can honestly say he knows what he's doing. Very friendly and knowledgeable, five stars.
Mike the son is great and does a wonderful job. They gave me a rental car. Very pleased BUT…Mr. Erickson has a lot to be desired The last time I saw him he threatened me. The insurance company made a mistake and the balance he told me I had 60 days to pay or he’s taking me to court. I’m on disability idk where he thinks I’m going to get it and I wonder if this is why it’s taking so long to fix my car again? Idk if I should go somewhere else??
