My daughter reserved a U-Haul for 11 am on a Tuesday. We get there at quarter to 11. They had a closed sign on the door. Waited until 11:10, still nobody showed up despite posted hours online and at their building saying they open at 8. Ended up having to call U-Haul twice. At one point they said to try the key lock box, which wasn't working because it was frozen. If you need a U-Haul you might want to go elsewhere, so you don't get stuck without a truck like we did and not a soul in the building to help.
Rented a uhaul and picked it up there. Very friendly staff.
Very quick and thorough vehicle inspection. Will use them every time.
