Waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. Didn’t apologize or anything for the wait. I had prepaid online otherwise I would’ve left. Another girl whose appointment was after mine and waited less got apologized to and offered a drink. Don’t recommend unless you’re the very first appointment in the morning!
uneven, bumpy/thick nails. technician was unreceptive to feedback and customer service was below average. salon could also be more sanitary. didn’t see tools being disinfected in between customers (as I saw tech put away materials from previous client and use them immediately on me) very disappointed! would not come back here.
Very good service!! The lady and man there are very sweet and both seem to care a lot about their customers. They offer drinks and movies, and put care into the work they do. Not only are they kind, but their nail art is beautiful and definitely the best!! Thank you so much!!
