Sent out empty boxes!! Tried to contact them & they claim that the boxes were full… absolutely disgusting!!!
I ordered the wrapped and ready suitcase for my Niece for Xmas. Because I spent over a certain amount of money I got some freebies like handcream etc. my sister messaged me Xmas day to say there’s basically nothing in the box she sent me a picture. I was so shocked to see no suitcase and basically a small box of freebies. It’s as if the main gift was never sent and they got a box of rubbish. Every thing was ok except parking....!
Absolutely amazing, been twice now and both times both me and my daughter had an amazing time. The staff are amazing whether you've booked a table, just there to shop or joining in the games to win free prizes everyone is just good vibes and great energy. Warning: you will spend a lot in the best way possible!! Im obsessed and will be coming again in the summer.
