Disgusting treatment of my 13 year old nieces for her birthday. Got kicked after 10 minutes because their 3 year old sister picked up a DISPLAY BOX and got accused of stealing. Still got kicked out when proven they wasn’t stealing! Absolutely disgusting and ruined their 13th birthday I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere and telling everyone not to bother with p Louise

Really, really disappointed. We arrived at pLouise today for my daughter's 13th birthday. We were in there about 10 minutes, 20 minutes Max. Upon that my two-year-old, it came with a object which resembled a milkshake, which was a display item. I've taken off my two-year-old Smelt it tk see what it was and passed it back to my older daughter. Upon that she thought it was debris as it looked like an empty milkshake carton that I've taken off my two-year-old. She has then put it into her bag as she didn't see a bin a male memb... read more

Staff are very rude that needs to be sorted as they are going to loose a lot of custom also £5 to park which they do not mention anything about until you are thier I think they need to come down of thier high horse and realise where all the same nobody is better than anyone else 2 hour car journey today waisted and my little girl left in floods of tears because of the rude staff this was her birthday I would not recommend taking your children here.
