Bait and switch business. We contacted first before heading down to pick up the agreed window but when we arrived it just happened to be "sold" and they only had more expensive windows available. They were rude and pushy. Not a good business.
Lisa is not a truthful person. She has stated that she has that particular size in stock and I can go and pick up, then the next day she said it will take 3-4 days to fabricate that particular size. Anyways, its a shady place where customer service is below zero. If you want to waste your time and money then go for it, otherwise take your business somewhere else.
Six years ago, I engaged PL Skylights (PL Roof and Windows Limited ) to install an electric Poly Lite skylight in my home. Excellent company to deal with Great products made right here at home ! They can also deliver very fast turn around !!!
Beware of Lisa. She is cunning and takes advantage of DIY customers. I bought 2 patio doors and needed a lock, she wanted to charge me $100 for a $20 part, withholding information so I cannot find alternative elsewhere.
