He kept me updated and told me exactly when he would show there. He did not protest at all when carrying a massive carpet cleaner up my stairs to my flat. He is such a really joyful, kind, and approachable person who makes conversation easy. He enhanced the service by include a pet odour treatment, which had a significant impact. My carpets smell like new and look brand new! Definitely going to be a regular customer!
