A report was posted in my name. I haven't been to PK Smith in a few years. I've bought two brand new and 3 used vehicles throughout the years. Service takes a while, but being one of few decent repair service shops here in Winnfield, I'm sure they get swamped every once in awhile. I've always had a good purchasing experience with PK Smith. Do not go here for oil change. I brought my Kia in for a simple oil and filter change. I even brought the oil and filter. The person did not check the specs for the amount of oil required and just poured in 5 quarts when my behicle akes 4.2 quarts. He then in a very poor attempt tried to drain some out which splattered uncontrollably all over the ground. All I got was I'm sorry by the manager over the department.
