The old guy up there is very rude, kept ignoring my wife even tho she knows what she wants I just kept asking my wife and he didn't like that
Refused to sell me the car I wanted, claiming it is a customers, but it’s been sat for years, and they act like they don’t know who the owner is, and refuses to let me get in touch with them. Got told to stop asking cause he’s “been running this place for 56 years”, he needs to act like it, very unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. Wouldn’t give him my business if my life depended on it,
A report was posted in my name. I haven't been to PK Smith in a few years. I've bought two brand new and 3 used vehicles throughout the years. Service takes a while, but being one of few decent repair service shops here in Winnfield, I'm sure they get swamped every once in awhile. I've always had a good purchasing experience with PK Smith. I've always thought of Mike as a family friend, but he did surprise me once. I'm sure he thought I was there to complain about my vehicle being in the shop for a while.
