We were in our Toyota Prado without power 20kms from Broken Hill pulling a caravan. We rang RACV who put us in touch with NRMA provider P and K Ruhs Automotive. Daniel came out to see the problem, sent a tow truck and replacement vehicle. Our Prado had a fuel guage problem. 24 hours later we took back our Prado with minimum cost. Thankyou, great service.
Thanks so much for fitting us in on short notice. Ffixed our fuel filter problem after we picked up some dodgy fuel in outback SA and got us back on the road. Love your work Highrace!!!
The batteries in our caravan failed needing replacement. After many inquiries to obtain new ones we were finally able to source them. They were installed when we arrived by a staff member. Five stars to a business with complete satisfaction.
Thankyou Daniel, Scott and Steve and the team. I was stuck, car wouldn't start. I called Highrace, Daniel said bring it in, I'll have a look at it, next morning it was fixed, it was the starter motor. He fixed the problem and he even went out of his way to clear all the oil and dirt underneath, from a previous bad oil leak, oil was everywhere. Three hours later, we received notification that the power steering leak, attributed to a loose bolt, had been repaired.
