We had issues with our furnace not working last week so we had PJ's come out to take a look. They came out within a few hours and diagnosed the issue right away. We decided it made more sense to get a new furnace instead of repairing our older one, so they came out yesterday with a whole team and installed it in one morning. They took care to cover the stairs with cloth and put down cardboard, and cleaned everything up once done. We have heat again and everything works great! We desperately needed help yesterday for a senior …it was a no heat situation … They were prompt …came in 45 min …and fixed the furnace .. The name on the furnace …was our first call …and couldn’t come till Tues . Thank God for PJs
My air conditioner stopped working and I contacted Garrett from PJ's. He came over as soon as he could which I really appreciated. He also solved my issue very quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. He's super knowledgeable, friendly and amazing at what he does. I highly recommend him. I have used this company since we bought our house 14 years ago. Originally wrote an amazing 5 star review about a month ago. I have since removed that post because Cathy who is the person who is supposed to communicate with clients and booking services, for some reason had a 5 star attitude beforr and has now turned into a 1 star attitude. I wanted to book a maintenance, I waited 2 days with no response . I had to email again and her response was, I'm trying to see what we have available.
