This review is long overdue. I’m so grateful I chose PJ’s Home Comfort to install a new gas fireplace last year when I moved to Georgina. A special thanks to Greg’s father who custom built an attractive box to fit my slanted ceiling. This company goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This year they serviced my furnace and fireplaces, installed a new water heater and a sump pump. Thank you Cathy, Ryan, Garrett and Greg for always being so understanding, considerate and trustworthy.
Spoke with Cathy in the morning about non-working furnace fan. She said Garrett would be here between 11-5 same day. Garrett sent text 10 minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the problem, a capacitor, and repaired the faulty part right away, saving us from sweltering in the 30C heat of July. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly professional, quick repair on a 29 year old furnace, no sales pitch, and all at a more than fair price. I would personally recommend PJ’s home comfort. They were very fair to me. My air conditioner had quit on a 30° summer day. And within two hours, they had two technicians at my house. And the air condition was repaired at a fair price. The technicians Andrew and Jack We’re very knowledgable and explained everything clearly to me. Thanks again guys. I will definitely be contacting you if I ever have issues with my HVAC system.

Andrew from P/J’s was the tech who came to clean our furnace. There was an issue with a component within the unit, and he diagnosed it with ease. A part was ordered and he came back to install it and do a cleaning. Andrew was very kind and courteous, and took the time to answer any questions I had. He did an exceptional job! To me this speaks volumes about the employees P/J’s chooses to represent them, and I would highly recommend P/J’s and Andrew to anyone. Thank you!
