Zero stars is what I'd really give. I haven't been here in a while so I gave it another chance and was extremely upset. From the long long wait to the $31 charge..i was upsold to a package that wasn t even on the board. When I got my car (which btw was way faster than the wait portion) it was NOTHING it was supposed to be. Interior was basically not even wiped. No shinny wheels like I paid extra for...no air freshener Windows were streaked...basically EPIC fail
