I personally did business with Jake and unfortunately had a very negative experience. In my opinion, he conducted business in an unprofessional manner and I experienced disputes involving contractor compensation and profits on work performed. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with him again. I would encourage others to do their own research and exercise caution before entering into business dealings.
