Called about heating system not coming on. He was already tied up on a personal matter so wasn't able to get out, but spent 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through a lot of possible solutions to fix it working with me to diagnose what it most likely is. I don't often write reviews but Peter was amazing. We were stuck being unable to operate our boiler after a botched installation done by another tradesman. Peter came straight away on a Saturday and explained the job being undertaken clearly and had it done and back up and running in no time. He is very professional and friendly. As first time home owners we've found it's hard to find someone trustworthy, but I'm so glad we've found Peter.
