Our water pump packed up. We immediately contacted Sue/Jamie - their response/service was immediate and excellent in addressing the problem - thank you both/ very much appreciated.

They are brilliant, do a regular service on my combi-boiler, had to call out in emergency today and they came out instantly and have helped me so much. Huge praise, they are always friendly and professional.
Sue and her team have saved us on more than one occasion - after some rather 'dodgy' work was carried out by another tradesman, Sue and her team put it right, made it safe and signed it off. Since then, they have kept our boiler serviced. A couple of weeks ago, my Mum had a leak that soaked the house. We called Sue to see what could be done and, again, she saved that day by sending one of her team out to Mum that day and getting the work completed by the next. Brilliant!
Can't recommend them enough, incredibly helpful, arrived on time, friendly and efficient.
