I took my car in as it had some damage done to the front end grille area. They had someone inspect the damage and later sent a quote for repairs which was a reasonable price. I approved the estimate, made an appointment, and they did the repairs. However, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that a piece of the front end grille area was still broken.
