Went to PJ’s on 2/23/2021 to have a new sub/amp installed. I was told it would be $220, which was fine. They told me that it’d take about 45 minutes for it to be done so I waited outside. After 45 minutes had passed, one of the employees came out and told me there was a problem and walked be into the garage area where they were working on my vehicle.
