Rude & Verbally Abusive! – I had my car into P & I Automotive for a check engine light. Bob told me it would be taken care of in 1 day. It has been back there 5 times already with continued check engine light. Found out that Drew is the P of P & I Automotive & separated from Bob a while ago. Took my car to him at his new location & now problem has been solved once and for all without the aggravation of Bob's rudeness. Rude Customer Service – I am a 26 year old women who needed an oil change for my car. I was hung up on by the man saying he couldn't stop what he was doing to answer my questions. My oil changes have specific instructions to maintain its warranty and i wanted to make sure that they were followed. After being spoken to like a child, I was hung up on. I live right across the street from this rude establishment and I would rather drive an hour to get an oil change anywhere else than go to this place!
