Mr Ricks doesn't take time to truly get a pre-approval. He ran our credit and "pre-approved" us for what he could with the minimal amount of work possible (I mean we didn't even fill out an application or send anything over to him) just to find out later that I had some major errors on my credit that needed to easily be cleaned up. The first amount he "pre-approved" us for was actually incorrect under FHA standards.
