Help with something simple but appreciate the good service.
I called this morning to have a minor plumbing repair. I was informed that there wasn't a plumber available until early next week. While still on the phone I was informed that a plumber had just completed a job and his next appointment was in just over 2 hours and would it be O.K. for him to do my small repair today? This was fine by me and he showed up and completed the job in a very short time. After testing to make sure everything was working correctly, hhe packed up his tools and gave me the price; which I paid!

Excellent service on all counts: start time excellent; quick removal of old toilet; excellent installation of new toilet and removal of packaging materials. I am very pleased with the entire installation process!!
